Nice room, A good fair breakfast, location was directly on the main street ( northern Ave. ) , the housekeeping lady was so nice and i think her name is Anush and the receptionist Nona. next time i will stay at the same hotel .

the location is fantastic, the rooms are large and very clean, great air conditioning, everything is very comfortable

a bit noisy in the evenings due to the central location, but not too bad

Very good and quite hotel to stay. I’d go back to same hotel in my next business trip again. So if you stay in this hotel enjoy it

But I’m not gonna book it from booking.com any more, as booking.com shows you a price and you agree to that price but the actual price is higher

High quality of rooms. Electronic key access (not all hotels in Yerevan have it), beautiful bathroom with shower. All clean and comfortable. Room service - available until 11 p.m. to order some food from local restaurant MIS’ which has delicious grill and wine. Highly recommended to stay here. It’s worth it, believe me.

Perfect location, best hotel in Yerevan, very friendly staff! On the 10th floor very pretty swim pole (I guess with sea water) and sauna. As I know hotel is pet welcome . I did not get breakfast 'cause sleep too long.

Comfortable restaraunt, nice location, clean room

My room was not ready in 14:00. I was there about 08:00, and was waiting for check in. I know that check in time is 14:00, but even I asked to at least try to make my check in faster my room was not ready in planned time. Instead of this they for some reasons printed useless laminated welcome-paper with my name. It would be better to give me my room earlier instead of such preparing. They maybe thought that this kind of welcoming is user-oriented, but it's definitely not. Btw it was funny to see personalised welcome-paper near another paper where hotels writing something like "we are caring about environment, we won't wash your towel if you don't put it to special place"

We're sorry you didn't like it. And as for the towels note, we do change them every three days.
