When is said to the hotel manager am not happy he said I did pay him to make happy

I ordered breakfast but the hotel ask go to different restaurant outside the hotel

Hotel's Response

Guest wanted breakfast in 07:00 am and we explained to him that he need to go in restorant because we dont serve in rooms because of covid 19 … Also he asked for many things that are not in our line of duty
