From the moment I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming staff. They made me feel right at home. My room was not only spotlessly clean but also very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. However, the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. The culinary experience was exceptional, with a wide array of delectable options to choose from. Every morning, I eagerly looked forward to savoring the mouthwatering breakfast spread, which set the tone for the rest of my day. We were staying as a family at this lovely hotel, Karen at the reception was of great help, very professional and caring, and spoke very good english. The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was spacious and had all of necessity for a night stay and had a fantastic view on Ararat Mountain. Will come back for sure as we had no time to visit around.

The staff was very polite and assistive.

Shortage of hangers in the bathroom. The doors are very thin and the elevator was very old Soviet times. Breakfast was not as good as expected. By the time I went there around 9:30 am the eggs were cooled down. A small variety of food if compared with the price. I paid 2500dram for breakfast.

Amazing welcome staff here. Everybody were kind. Transfer from an airport and back was exactly in time. Receptionist have helped me how to connect my cell of wi-fi. Breakfast was nice as well! recommend!

the hotel had good location in center in city, nevertheless the rooms were quiet because they where placed from yard (back section). Rooms had temperature compared by anothers accomodation in country (where we had to sleep in jacket). Good breakfast as in all Armenia.

Great staff, nice rooms, clean linen and good breakfast. There is a wonderful view from the windows. With my colleagues or alone, I will definitely come again to stay. The price was also not high compared to the facilities.

There was no problem at all. After noticing a little noise, I asked to change my room, they kindly fulfilled my request, for which I thank you very much. I will definitely come again alone or with my friends.
