Lovely stay as a family.
✓ We were staying as a family at this lovely hotel, Karen at the reception was of great help, very professional and caring, and spoke very good english. The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was spacious and had all of necessity for a night stay and had a fantastic view on Ararat Mountain. Will come back for sure as we had no time to visit around.

✓ The staff was very polite and assistive.
✗ Shortage of hangers in the bathroom. The doors are very thin and the elevator was very old Soviet times. Breakfast was not as good as expected. By the time I went there around 9:30 am the eggs were cooled down. A small variety of food if compared with the price. I paid 2500dram for breakfast.
