Unfortunately shuttle service to Dubai Mall has been discontinued post covid

Do you have showers with spray hoses attached? AND, Do any of your cheaper rooms have views of the Burj Khalifa for the New Years Eve fireworks?
Kindly note that all our rooms is equipped with health fossette. Unfortunately, only the Deluxe Burj Khalifa view room type has the unique view.
Hello, Is there an extra bed in the family room? I booked for the 4 of us and they mention only one bed in the room.
We can only allow 2 adults and 2 children in one room Children from 0 to11yrs old sharing in parent’s room will be accommodated free of charge in the existing bedding
