Owners were very nice and hospitable. Help with everything and ready to have a conversation with you whenever you meet them:)

Nice room with a balcony full of grapes. made the time spent a kind of a pleasure)) bed is also good - not too soft for my back Good location in the center if Kentron district. Hosts are nice and talkative family

Room itself is not at it's best conditions. Linen are rather Grey than white. You can find hair of other people on the floor or in a bed. The wardrobe was full of other people clothes. The bathroom is shared and is past it's prime. Though the hosts make efforts to keep it clean.

Very good location, very friendly staff. Spacious room and very comfortable bed.

Given the price, you don't have too much to complain. However. You should notice that there are many stairs for you if you are bringing a lot of luggage.

Sonya was one of the best hosts I have ever had during my travels (and I have been in over 40 countries). My first time in Yerevan, she helped me all the way from the airport to finding the accomodation, as well as helping me visiting landmarks, finding great places to eat, and transport options elsewhere. The room was also clean, with a big comfortable bed, right in the center of Yerevan. Shower was also reliable, with strong pressure and hot water which is hard to find in the region. When I ever return to Armenia, I will definitely stay in this apartment again.

Everything! The place is at the center of the city which is very good because we can walk going to the super market, restaurants and tourists spots. Everything is convenient. They are fully equipped with kitchen utensils and cooking ware. They even let us use their cooking oil and other condiments. The room and bathroom is very clean. The place is worth more than its amount. Affordable! Definitely highly recommended!
