Amazing to stay
✓ Everything was perfect. Starting with the 5 ⭐️ staff and all the facilities. The food was amazing also, with variety we can choose different things, specially for people like me who doesn’t eat spicy food. I’m traveling alone and I’ve been in a lot of properties along my journey but this one was by far one of the best where I’ve been

✓ staff was good and it’s closer to the beach which was good.
✗ rooms were not clean and there were small ants in the room. hotel rules are like hostel.

✓ The location is quiet and close to the beach and the main street.
✗ The hotel overbooked people, and the breakfast was packed! they didn't want to give me a table! It's not my problem they tend to let visitors get a room and accommodate with 10 people in one room.

Quite comfortable and pleasant stay
✓ The location of this hotel is convenient and easily traceable. The walk to the Palolem beach too is short right in front of the hotel. The staff and services are cordial and courteous.
✗ Our request to reduce one room booking was denied as the booking was done through booking.com and they said they were helpless.

Exceptional
✓ Excellent resort. Was accompanied by my parents and since there is no lift the hotel was kind enough to give us pool facing rooms on the ground floor. Excellent breakfast spread too. Situated at Palolem in South Goa. About 50 kms from the Dabolim airport. Very good experience overall.
