✓ Exactly as expexted. Great area with plenty of life and restaurants but, plaisantly, the room was very quiet.
✗ Last floor! No elevator! Ask for lower floor if possible. Hard materess and pillows.

✓ Good contact with host. Very helpful staff, we got what we needed. Clean rooms. Great location for snorkeling (near ArwaHotel you can rent equipment at a good price).

✓ Great staff, specially Saeed and Mohammed. Very helpful and kind. Room was spacious, we stayed in room 8, which had a balcony overlooking the sea. Beds were comfy. Fridge was helpful for sticking drinks. Close to beach and mosque - 5-10 mins walk. Shopping area within minutes walk. Loads of food choices. Try Al-Basha (7 mins walk away) for breakfast - simple menu of falafel, hummus but really fresh and very cheap. Would book again.
✗ Showeroom was a bit small for my liking, but nothing major.
