✓ Everything.. The location, the ambience, facilities, staff, vibes.. Money speaks here..

✗ Constant rain spoiled the stay a bit. Thats it.

✗ The sheets and pillow were smelly. Too many mosquitos in the room when we checked in. Room and bathroom were dirty and not cleaned properly.

Nice and comfortable

✓ Good clean property and the big thing is straight walk into the beach.

✗ Rooms - the bathrooms can be more comforting with shower curtain etc.

Never coming back

✓ The gym on the first floor was great.

✗ To use the facilities AKA gym….your convinced to buy into weekly or bi monthly package deals or pay a daily fee to use the weight room up stairs. The gear you need to box/mma is outrageously expensive…I know for a fact it’s all made in India ….garbage. Next, the restaurant lacks protein- eggs, chicken and mutton. That’s it. The rest of the food is sugary, no value to a person who works out at a competitive level.

✓ Breakfast was good. Location is not bad. The room was clean and comfortable.

Comfortable, beach-accessible property

✓ Stayed here for 3 nights to attend a friend's wedding. It's a self contained resort with immediate beach access and perfectly suited to weddings and other events. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast and 24/7 cafe are good. Best thing is if you are travelling by road from the North side (Amboli ghat) it's very close to the border so you don't waste time commuting.

✗ The housekeeping service could be better. They didn't clean my room till I specifically requested them to. Staff is also not super well trained for a place that charges as much as they do.
