The stuff were very hospitable and welcoming. Especially thankful to Sarkis, who helped me to make out with local mobile connection. The hotel is located in a very quiet area. You wouldn’t hear any traffic. Very nice closed courtyard with a swimming pool. There are only four tables in lobby, so breakfasts are family like style.

The location is 2 KM from the center. A 10 min taxi ride which costs less than 2 $ if you use Yandex. The bed was comfy but the mattress could be harder. The breakfast was a little too poor for the price range of the hotel. If you like to have an outside swimming including a barbecue place then this hotel is the best choice for you.

Shower was strong and good, breakfast was fine.

There were no shampoo and hairdryer in the room. It was not that clean, also wifi was poor on the last floor. Terminal to pay by card didn't work as well, though there were no problem to pay later on.

I would like to clarify for that when the guest reserve a room in any hotel he has plenty of information even up to payment on our booking.com's page, there is no any information about payment with credit card, there is mentioned that we take only cash this is first, During the period you stayed at our hotel unfortunately we have some technical trouble with WIFI internet which was fixed just the very same day. We have room service every day and before guests arrives our front desk checks all the rooms and take care about all the staff to be in in the room mainly in the bathroom we do have all the bath amenities shampoos, shower gels, soap etc. also there we have hairdryer in all the rooms you may check cabinet under the table or ask the front desk clerk to help with. Before the guest books a room they see the location on the map just for us to be clear we are on 20 minute walking distance from the Republic Square and there are also a lot of taxies which is very cheap and the hotel staff can arrange for you. wish you all the best and hope see you back to our Hotel, Regards, Maison Hotel Yerevan

I loved ambiance of this property, clean neat great breakfast. The people were very welcoming especially armin & mostafa they were always there to help me through my stay. The rest of hotel people were also so kind. Loved staying here with an amazing balcony view.
