Hello, there is a car rental at Old Town that it's next to our hotel. About the payment, you have to check directly with Booking.com. Here you only have to pay for the Security Deposit.

We don't offer shuttle to/from parks anymore, since the pandemic started. If you're going to Disney, there's a public line passing right in front of the Hotel Lobby, Lynx Bus line 56. They cost $2 (exact change only) and there's a bus every 30min.
