I would not stay at this property again because of the experience I had, but it is a great place.

✓ A nice, clean property in a great location.

✗ Rooms extremely hot since the AC doesn’t stay on. Host/Owner is very rude and has absolutely no care for your customer experience.

Disappointing

✓ I liked the location...it was nice. The place was clean.. and the area was quiet.

✗ I didn't like, that regardless the windows and doors being closed, the AC would always shut off.. then the owner of the place,had someone come and move things out while my stay there...on top of,NEVER giving me back my deposit, it was $150 deposit for damages. And I still didn't receive it..

✓ Oh my goodness!! What can I say about Ms D and her home. To say that she went over and beyond to make sure my experience was great is an understatement. It was perfect from beginning to end. Ms Thomas and Ms Edwards catered to my every need. I have already booked my return trip.

Excellent!

✓ We stayed at the three bedroom home in Drax Hall. Our stay was short but it was a great one. It was as promised. My friends and I got just what we imagined and were told. Our housekeeper was pleasant she went above and beyond to ensure we were all tucked in and taken care of. The environment is welcoming. We left early and regretted it. But I promise to share this experience with my family and friends both local and abroad. Great team, home away from home. God bless them.

Dear Guest, No. We have two rooms that are en-suite in our 3 Bedroom house with the third room having a bathroom next door to it. There are three bathrooms in the property in total.

Hello is the airport shuttle available from the airport to and from ?

Yes we can arrange an shuttle or taxi to the property most of our clients get the Knutsford bus from the airport to Drax Hall and take a taxi from there or walk to the villa. I don't recommend this if you have a lot of heavy luggage there are taxis.

The Villas are not in the same complex one is in the Drax Hall Manor the other is Drax Hall Country Club. That is less than 2 mins drive and 10 minutes walk to each property.
