The Residences Islantilla Apartments

Overall I was quite satisfied with the experience

✓ I stayed in the apartments and loved the experience. The apartments had all the necessary conditions to spend several days comfortably. The internet was good enough to work, the sofa was comfortable, the bed and pillows were magnificent. The resort's facilities such as the pools, spa and bar were very good. The team was all very helpful and very friendly and always offered the maximum possible conditions for a good stay.

✗ Cleaning was not very good. There were dirt in building corridors and in the apartments there were crumbs all over the kitchen and dirt in the fridge and freezer, and the shower had mold. The sheets were of poor quality and the duvets were too warm for the time of year. There should be more options for duvets in the apartment so that it can be changed depending on the temperature. and dirt in building corridors.

Was somewhat reasonable for the price

✗ Two separate companies, half board you have to pay for any beverages. Cleaning needs improvement. Some staff attentive others not so much. Not a very relaxing stay too much noise.

✓ Facilities. Has spa which didn’t have time to use. Has a little train that takes you to AMA beach each hour if you don’t feel like driving.

✗ Water was not hot enough even though we asked the maintenance person to up the temperature.

Excellent stay

✓ We were ona family holiday on Andalucia and Islantilha was the first stop in Spain. The apartments were very nice, with a lot of space and the beds were very confy. The swimming pool was very good too. We realy enjoyed our time there.

Very complete apartment, beautiful complex

✓ Beautiful complex, very nice swimming pool, good bar next to the pool with good prices. Apartment was very complete for 4 people, very confortable. About a 15/20 minute walk downhill to the beach. We were there in Mid-May and could park easily outside. The staff were extremely friendly, the receptionists, bar staff, everyone.

✗ The apartment needs more utensils in the kitchen, more forks, knives etc.
