Incredible value for money the night I stayed there (others night varied). Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel with friendly staff, conveniently-located for all my needs

Perhaps the best things about the place were the friendly and helpful staff, the cleanliness of the room, and the great location. Andorra La Vella is a bit difficult to navigate at first glance...so if one looks uphill or upriver from the Dali sculpture, one can see the "glass church of a spa". This hotel is located a bit uphill and to the right of the spa. Quite convenient all things considered. I needed to get to and from the national bus station.. and it is quite easy to do so. The staff helped me in Spanish(although I probably should have tried my Catalan) with directions, bus maps, etc. My room was on the 7th floor. The view was nice, but Andorra LaVella can resemble a huge construction site. I was able to catch the Pas de la Casa bus L4 and Ordino bus L6 rather easily from the hotel... one or two blocks in both instances. The L6 also allowed me to get to the National Bus Station on my final morning.

The water came out of the sink a bit brown at first try. My guess is that the room hadn't been occupied in a while. I did not have sink problems after I explained it to the staff after the first night. As a positive, they evidently roomed me away from a rather large group of high school students from Catalunya from whom I did not hear a sound my entire stay. Put me on the 7th floor away from hs kids any day!

Hello, how far is the nearest ski slope and do you have a bus or transport to get there?

We inform you that the towns of Encamp and La Massana are practically at the same distance. In either of the two you can take the cable car to the ski slopes. Best regards
