✓ Very friendly helpful staff. I was checking in after midnight and the check in staff had everything ready and i was in my room within minutes without loads of paperwork involved. Room was exceptionally clean.

Easy check in, nice staff at reception and a comfortable room with tub and bidet.
✓ Great location near the train/bus station. I booked the same day due to missing my train, so the price was higher than I would like, but I was definitely comfortable. I also had a room on the sixth floor so the view was great.

The time for the check-in is from 14.00 PM onwards. We always have someone at the reception front desk (24 hour attention), so late arrival is always possible.

We do not have a parking, but we have an agreement with the Parking Caracas, it´s located just in front the hotel, and the rate is 9€ per day (24 hours), and it is not necessary to make reservation.
