The property is magical, my room was stunning and the grounds and location are beautiful!

✓ A very picturesque and peaceful location. The property is set amongst beautiful grounds a 15 minute walk away from the town. Fantastic buffet breakfast with lots of choice and local goodies!

Gorgeous property with great staff

✓ Beautiful property, so stylish and the attention to detail is fantastic. Extensive grounds with lots of little spots to enjoy the view. A 15 min (steep) walk up into Valdemossa which is beautiful with little restaurants, shops and bars. The staff were excellent, very helpful, Michael the owner even gave us a lift up the hill one day when we went to get the bus to Soller (40 mins, beautiful views en route).

✗ The natural pool was closed the whole time we were there. We weren't told this until we arrived and there was a note in our room. We specifically ticked the 'swimming pool' box on booking.com when we chose this place, so to arrive in the lovely hot weather and there be no pool was a real disappointment, which I think definitely warranted a discount (or at least a bottle of wine ;). Apparently the water needed to be changed after a downfall of rain and because it is natural (no chemicals) this can happen but doesn't very often. I think we were just really unlucky.

Fabulous stay , amazing pool and dreamy aesthetic.

✓ What a delightful property in Valldemossa. 15 minute pleasant walk into the attractive hillside village. Plenty of shops and cafes. Really lovely. We got the bus from there to Deia, Cala Deia , Soller and Port Soller. Son Viscos is perfect location if you want to explore Mallorca but without stress of a car. The aesthetic of the rooms and building is just so beautiful. Our room was made up with twin beds as requested, lovely styling. Bathroom was fantastic and great shower. Breakfast was generous and very delicious. The pool area is rustic but large and what can I say about that amazing pool. It's 4 meters deep so could properly swim or dive, and in the June Mallorca heat was just exquisite. Maddi was a pleasure to deal with during our stay. They also have a shower and toilet for use once checked out which is useful. Though shower didn't have a lock.

✗ Really nit picking, but the toiletries were not really in keeping with the aesthetic or style of the property. These could be better to align with the overall vibe.
