Beautiful town charming hotel, would love to return.
✓ Loved the pool and bar/ restaurant area. Rooms were simple and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. It had secure free parking. The town was beautiful and exceeded expectations.

✗ Dated rooms. old toilets. dirty carpets all over the corridors. total lack of cleaning in the rooms and generally at the hotel. the pandemic situation does not justify such carelessness. poor basic breakfast for the price.

Enjoyable stay and we would return, car parking easy with spaces available everyday.
✓ Handy for walking into Uzes, although it's not a pleasant walk. We ate in the restaurant most evenings and had good meals, the service was excellent, the staff remembering our requirements for wine.
✗ Room service was a bit shaky, but we made allowances due to the virus effect which must have put extra pressure on the staff.
