Great food and central location

✓ Restaurant was great, location was central and an easy walk to most things.

✗ Air conditioning gets turned off at end of September early October.

Perfect location, will go back in the future

✓ Perfectly located, clean rooms and nice staff. Would go back here any time. We had the best time. Loved that we got a balcony

✗ Nothing to say here really. Maybe that the pillow was a little bit flat, but it’s no big deal!

Terrible stay with rude and uncaring staff!

✓ The location was good and the breakfast was okay .

✗ The property I booked said air conditioned room and it was not. I was given the smallest room adjacent to the stairwell so I heard people going up and down the stairs all night. With such a small room and no air conditioning it was suffocating. I could not open the window because there was nothing but bushes outside the window and mosquitos swarmed in and I was bitten numerous times. I complained that my room was advertised as air conditioned and said it was so small I could not breath or open the window because of mosquitos. I said if no air conditioning could I at least have a fan to have some circulation. I was told “it is not possible” and the hotel manager turned on his heel and walked away. The general attitude of the desk staff was the rudest I have ever encountered. I had a terrible stay with sleepless nights. I have never felt so mistreated or unwanted in a hotel. Also the bed was very uncomfortable. I have stayed at over thirty hotels across Italy over the years and this was by far the worst! I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstance.

✗ the owner had such a weird attitude, as if it was a problem for him to have guests in his hotel. the young waiter and the lady who cleaned the rooms where so nice.

Such a wonderful way to rediscover travel again

✓ comfortably modernised, charming, traditional family-run hotel with excellent restaurant and breakfast. It was our first hotel and restaurant experience for a very long timed and could not have been better.
