Disappointed Stay.

✓ Location is ideal for access to buses, restaurants and a tesco express also close. Easy walk to the centre of town.

✗ Accommodation Is Impossible to locate. This is a basic accomodation which makes the pictures posted deceptive. It's in a 4 storey council housing kind of estate and located in the ground floor with individual room and shared kitchen and bathroom. If you are looking for a low budget and basic place then you could risk this. The room had a musky smell which could have been easily solved with air refresher or flowers and the curtains had visible stains with the bed sheets also showing faint stains. A good indication that the owners are not very concerned about the opinion or the comfort of those staying. Although it is easy to reach the contact phone for help the owner was cheeky and patronising which took all the tolerance and patience I could master in order not to loose my cool because I wanted to demonstrate the correct approach he should be using. I definitely will never be staying here again mainly because I think they have set a low standard and also because they lack the caring and courteous approach required to work in a service industry.

There are numbers you can call on your check-in guidebook that we send all guests. The code numbers are always correct in the guidebook we send. Some guests have attempted to use their booking dot com reservation PIN instead of our codes.

It's a 10 minute walk to centre of Norwich, but our guest houses are not adequately suitable for disabled persons (eg. 3 of the rooms are on the first floor.
