1.5km or less from the center e.g. Cascade complex, Republic square. Very accessible and safe. Breakfast is simple but enough and good for the budget. The bed are very comfortable and we enjoyed using the Smart TV.

Small and cozy hotel. Great location, quite close to the centrum, markets, shopping mall, bakeries - all nearby. Renovated, modern rooms with air conditioning system and a small fridge. They provide delicious breakfast as well. We were worried that it might be nosy based on other guests' reviews, but it was quiet, slept like babies. The hotel exceeded our expectations compared to other options we were considering in Erevan. The staff was especially welcoming and always ready to help. One of the many great things about Armenia is its people.

Best Budget Hotel in Yerevan

The best budget hotel I ever stayed in any city. Location is very central , all tourist attractions are near by in walking distance. All supermarkets, restaurent & fast food joints very near by. Area is completely safe. Russia mall is also nearby. The property arranged taxi pick up for us with extra charge. Republic square & GUM market is in 500 mts. The staff is very friendly & caring specially the admis Sona & Manager David. Check in was very smooth. Wifi is super duper fast in room. The rooms are neat & clean without a spot. Too many storage space in the room. Bed super comfy. My room overlooks the main road. Tea coffee facilities in the room. Actually I extended my stay with them. Highly recommended if you are visiting Yerevan. Breakfast is okay I only tried one day.

new building, quite central. Great front desk personal, Sona, she is great and she is the only one speaking a very good english.

No daily room cleaning. Cleaning is carried out only when you check out. Basic things like emptying your trash bin won't be done unless you ask. Another quite frustrating thing was that I couldn't pay by card. The manager said he preferred cash, then came out saying the card reader wasn't working (they day after I paid my stay in cash the card reader was working again). Overall ok place for a budget traveller.
