Perfect for what I needed, super helpful staff !
✓ It was the location I needed, and handy to some excellent places to eat. I had room 6, downstairs and at the back - a view of the garden, upgraded aircon and well updated inside, very clean. I had my car to get around so I can't comment on the walkability, but the Pixie and the Hawk to the west was a lovely little Cafe with beautiful food - I'm guessing it's not too far on foot. Rooms 1-5 are along the lane in , 6-8 in the back group - all these are ground floor; 9-11 are upstairs.
✗ As per everyone's comments with a car - parking is difficult, i got more used to it bu i had a very small car. There is one larger park at the end - optimistically 4wd park but be prepared to do many pointed parking if all car parks are full. Actually think I'd feel more comfortable if the fence behind had a rubber surface and then you could bump park in and out. It's tight!

✗ Lack of power point for my sleep machine near main bed. It wasn't a huge problem, i just slept in the single bed. Thought i would make you aware for future guests.

great place close to thebarton theatre and city - very clean, comfortable beds great staff
✓ Great location Close to thebarton theatre so a good place to stay after a show rather than going home and then coming back to the city the next day. Close to Adelaide so able to walk into the city in 20 minutes, easy to bus and taxi from there Comfortable beds, great hot shower
✗ Only issue was there was a 24 hour gym closeby that was running exercise classes with load music. Luckily had earplugs and had a good sleep

✓ close walk to good. not too dar of an Uber drive to Adelaide entertainment centre. we even left some clothing there that the lady at the desk helped ship back to us, while keeping us updated on the delivery.
