✓ It was perfect for us. 4 adults plus 2 kids. The kitchen is equipped with everything we need: appliances, dishes. Very clean and cosy. 10 minutes walk to a beach. 5 minutes to Hawana marina with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy etc. Lovely Swan Lake behind the building)

✗ Could have done with some additional items in the kitchen such as baking trays/pans and a strainer for pasta etc and some garbage bags for the kitchen bin.

✓ Location was beautiful. The resort is really picturesque and bustling. Owners were delightful. Beautiful taste in the villa, very nicely decorated. There was some tea and coffee and a full bookshelf and lovely views. Comfy beds, nice bath. The Island restaurant is a must - we ended up there three nights in a row.
✗ The property manager was very rude and abrupt. He wanted us to pay hundreds of riyals in cash, and did not bring the card machine until we insisted he did so. His attitude ruined our welcome. Little overpriced. There are so many mosquitoes, remember to bring spray! The amount of trash left around the harbour overnight is such a shame. It is around 30 mins out of Salalah itself. Water park was disappointing as some rides were not working. In terms of booking.com, we booked through Talabat to get cashback but unfortunately were never credited.

Hi there, We have the possibility for 8 beds. It will be crowded though. Bedroom 1: big double bed. Bedroom 2: big double bed & double sleeping couch, width 1.40m. Lounge: the grey couch in the photo, turns into a double bed. Thanks for your interest

Hi, Thanks for your interest in our apartment. There is air conditioning in every room, all new as the building is very new. There is our community pool open, directly opposite the house. One can also book a day in the hotel area. Hope that helped.
