A great place to stay, in a central location. It was clean and quiet. I highly recommend it!
✓ This was my second stay at Aspenwood, I loved it the first time so I came again. I intend to stay here when I come back next time. The apartment is clean, roomy, has a well stocked kitchen, and there is a small laundry room on site. There are two grocery stores within walking distance. I needed to contact the staff on one occasion and they replied immediately. Their welcome book has answers to any questions I could think of, including how to use the remote controls. All in all, it is a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it. I could not add my own photos, but the ones on the website are very accurate, that is exactly what the room looks like, beautiful.
✗ The only drawback that I can think of is having to empty the dehumidifier occasionally. I stayed for a week and only had to empty once though. They explained to me that because the rooms are so air tight, they get humid, so they added these units to combat it. But honestly, that is the only drawback, and that is minor.

Overall, it was very good value for money. I would stay here again.
✓ The room was comfortable and very well-appointed for what I paid. The beds were big and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. The couch area was also nice. The wifi was a bit difficult the first night, but I got it working and it was suitable for all my needs--I was able to take care of work and watch a streamed TV show on Amazon Prime without trouble.
✗ For the first two nights, the outside light on the stairs leading down to the basement was off, making it very hard to see my way down. Fortunately, this was fixed by the third day of my stay. The hot water ran out one night, but was fine the next nights.

Hi! We welcome children in all of our properties except for our suite "The Vienna". And yes, exceptions can be made with our general manager if you call.

We do have off-street parking and we're in a safe area. We don't take responsibility for vehicles in our lots but we don't usually have problems.

Yes, we have fiber optic internet, so speed is not usually a problem. Yes, a bus line runs about a 2 blocks away.
