Highly recommend considering this hotel.

✓ Location is central and close to night walking street. Breakfast was good. Staff were courteous and polite. Price to value was very good. Organised car transfers through reception.

✗ Property is a little aged and I was told would be undergoing a refurb shortly to modernise after being closed for 2 years during Covid. Lobby area is rather small and very crowded in the mornings.

Exceptional

✓ Staff were so friendly and helpful. We booked our easy riders for the Hai Van Pass through the hotel which was a very good price and great fun. We were very tired when we arrived after a sleeper bus and the staff helped rush the cleaning of our room so we could have an early check in. We were very grateful!

✓ The bed and pillows were so incredibly comfortable. I actually had a hard time getting up in the morning because it was so comfortable. Good location near the main walking street but still very quiet and tranquil.

Exceptional

✓ The room (including bathroom) was spacious and comfortable. The reception service was good, in particular there was one female staff who was exceptionally helpful (I'm sorry I did not get the name) - she provided info prior to our arrival on all my enquiries and helped us book the tour and bus. The location is quite good - close to the walking street, which is great if you like walking out for dinner and shopping at the clothes stalls that open at night. It's just a short Grab Bike to most places. Really good value for the price as I got a free room upgrade as well.
