✓ It’s a practical and efficient hotel to spend one night but not recommend for more time since is very basic without windows but staff went above and beyond

Happening neighborhood
✓ Location is San Jose action central on Sunday. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, nice colors, ensuite room. Elevator. Burrito bfast with coffee was a good start to the day. Starbucks is a block away for sitting with a breeze and watching the world walk by.

✓ Restaurant was good and prepped packed bfast in time for our 530 your pick up. Reception staff were kind
✗ Waiting to get our room! 3pm access instead of 2pm as stated. And our flight arrived at 11am... 4 hour wait 😒 Our bathroom mat was always wet from water escaping the shower enclosure without a door.
