Overall, very good. I can recommend it. Money for value.
✓ Not bad location. The building is new, rooms are clean. Beds are very comfortable. Electric curtains allowing for a good night's sleep and to block the typical urban view from the window, which is another building. The staff is very friendly and gives an impression of being guest-oriented. Breakfasts are decent, diverse enough so you won't leave hungry, although I've had better.
✗ Certainly, minus is the lack of parking. Additionally, it's a minor problem considering that there is a general shortage of parking spaces in the area. Since I was driving a rental car and didn't want to leave the keys at the parking lot, the nearest convenient parking was about a 10-minute walk away (Plateia Parking).

✓ Great location, very comfortable beds. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great.
✗ No free tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. For the amount of money per night, the hotel still charges a euro for coffee in the room, but there is no milk or sugar.
