Staff is friendly and helpful. Room are spacious and nice. There is also a good restaurant below the hotel.

Perfect base to visit Syunik region and its beauties

We spent three nights at the Flamenco Hotel in Sisian, a perfect base to explore the beauty of Syunik region (Tatev and Vorotnavank monasteries, Shaki Waterfalls, Carahunge, Ughtasar petroglyphs...). Our stay here was so good to exceed expectations. The rooms are big, with new furniture, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always plentiful and delicious, with fresh and local products. The staff is super kind and friendly. The lady who assisted us during our stay (I believe her name is Susana) has always been so sweet and caring with us, always attentive to our needs and committed to making our stay as nice and comfortable as possible. Our stay at Flamenco was probably the best of our trip in Armenia, we strongly recommend this place.

The staff knows very little (if not at all) english. A member of our group was armenian, so it was not a problem for us. Kindness overcomes linguistic barriers, but a (even base level) english speaker in the staff would be deeply appreciated by your future foreign guests :)

the city is very poor and feels very unsafe. you have to pay extra if you want coffee for breakfast bathroom has weird smell and if u go first in the morning have to wait ~5mins while you get hot water
