Relaxing spa stay in the forest.
✓ Probably the best hotel we stayed at on our Alsace wine tour. Large airy twin room with separate shower and toilet and excellent air conditioning made for a great sleep. The spa was lovely and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace for drinks and snacks. The hillside location is stunning with a beautiful walk into town through the vineyards and walks to the 5 chateaux just behind.
✗ A few tiny things but nothing that spoiled our stay. Children weren’t supposed to be in the spa after 11 but there were very noisy children jumping in the pool at 1pm. The breakfast was just ok for the price but due to the remote location there wasn’t the usual option of popping to a local bakery. It’s a long walk back from town on an evening, but worth it!

✗ dirty sheets, reception came and changed but no word of apology or room change. room service risotto had 2 hairs in it told reception on check out and was still charged full price. wouldn’t stay again as tainted whole experience, was not worth £150 for room and room service

✓ lovely studio apartment rooms, nice small spa and pool. very stingy with coffee apparently- disappointing flavor to the stay. restaurant meal was fantastic, a real treat!
✗ they give you 1x tea or coffee per day regardless of the number of guests. so 1x person in the room can have a coffee??? very confusing. lots of luxury additions in the hotel but won’t give you any coffee - bad taste in my mouth

✓ The style of the hotel was beautiful and elegant. The spa and swimming pool were such a welcome respite before and after days of shopping and walking. The rooms were large and comfortable The hotel was set in a beautiful location and the staff despite our language barriers were helpful and accommodating. The hotel recommended Antonia as a taxi service and he was both a game changer and life saver for our group. He was extremely flexible picking us up within 10 minutes at any destination.

Amazing hotel
✓ This hotel was excellent, the design and art in the hotel was of very well taste and style, the SPA area was like it never been used, extreme clean, the sauna looked like never been used, no stains of sweat or water use, The pool was a dream. the restaurant is worth a 5 star, excellent food. Breakfast amazing with so many choices

Access to Swimming Pool & Spa is included in every booking and open for 7am to 10pm. For children less than 16yo, the swimming pool is available from 9 to 11am and from 5 to 8pm. Bathsuite is required is the spa area (sauna+hammam+sanarium)

Thank you for your question. Our restaurant "Bain de Foret" is open every day, but reservations are strongly recommended. All our rooms are equipped with walk-in showers.

Access to our Spa and swimming pool area is included in the room price. This area is open everyday from 7h00 to 22h00, without any reservation. We advise you to enjoy it early in the morning, between noon or late in the evening to avoid the crowd.
