Great Staff, Nice stay, Very comfortable

✓ The STAFF is amazing. Best customer service ever! RJ is always so pleasant and that's why I continue to book at this hotel. It's not the place but the people that truly make it. Martin in Maintenance was very helpful when I noticed the door lock chain was not working correctly. I really have to say, I love this place

Nice hotel in Sunnyvale

✓ The rooms are renovated very nicely - kind of 60s-70s style, with a vacation vibe. The desk is a good size with a comfortable chair and one can work there very conveniently. The pool area is very nice and is really fun to sit there and relax, the pool itself is bigger than most in such hotels - you can really have fun there for a few hours. Also, if weather permits, you can have your breakfast by the pool.

✗ Breakfast buffet was limited. For example, on Sunday, they had scrambled eggs and cream cheese but they didn't have this on Monday (only boiled eggs, no cream cheese). Instead of the scrambled egg, they had pancakes that seemed a bit over cooked

Friendly staff, great location.

✓ The room was clean. Staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. Location is great, close to stores, good neighbourhood.

I would stay again, good value for my money.

✓ The young man who checked me in was just wonderful. He made sure I knew where everything was and what amenities were available. Truly a very professional and knowledgeable front desk person.

✓ Style. Clean. Colors. Hot tub. Well decorated. Lotion etc...smell so so good. Close to nature feeling

Excellent, will look to stay again when in the area. fantastic value for money.

✓ Exceptional value, ideally located by many client premises. Free Parking, good hotel gym, functional breakfast, clean and spacious room. Would like to visit in the summer as the pool looked lovely.
