✓ Room was good, access to the lake was very close and felt like I had access to a way more expensive place. Really great!
✓ It was clean and the reception guy was pleasant.
✗ Bed was uncomfortable. Mattress on top of mattress making it very soft so you just sink in to the middle. Shutter down on window with no visible way to raise it. No one around when went to desk to ask. Smell of sewage from the bathroom upon arrival but this went after flushing the toilet.
✓ Everything. Best hotel I’ve been in a long time! The room was gorgeous, the view was beautiful, nice staff, awesome wellness spa area. Really perfect
✗ Nothing
✓ Super friendly and nice staff. Clean rooms, safe parking
✗ Everything was okay
✓ Location direct link with promenade
✗ loud traffic (on the busy main road)
✓ Everything was really amazing! Prosecco for breakfast! Miracle!
✓ Very nice hotel in a traditional style, rich in beautiful decorations. Everything OK in the room, also the cleanliness. Spa and swimming pool zone is wonderful. Furthermore you have free access to a nice beach on the lake. The breakfast is simply incredible, for quantity, choice and quality of available food; and it can be enjoyed in a wonderful and relaxing area. Really, never experienced before something like that! Private parking place, even if a little crowded.
✗ Nothing.
✗ Big, big disappointment. The room quality is not equal to requested price. Personal was absolutely unfriendly if we pointed out broken bed, too hot in bathroom, dust in the room. Absolutely unprofessional. Not accepting any complaints, not willing to even discuss it or sort it out. I strongly not recommend to come to this hotel. Frankly, this hotel would be normally closed if people will write&read references, nobody would come. Overpriced hotel with incompetent staff. This is the biggest shame I have ever seen.
