    Its in the city center so you can teach easilly to landmarks and sires withing the city

    It was hard to find when we arrived. We were at 4th floor and unfortunately no lift. So everyday after a tiring tour, we still have to walk 4 floors up.

    Solo traveller

    Location, the apartment with a beautiful balcony, 2 bedroom (very comfortable the double bed, the best I slept in a while!), convenience with the washing machine, fully equipped kitchen. Well located next to The Childrens' park with nice cafeterias, 2 major supermarkets (Parma and Yerevan City) 3 min away. Highly recommended and I'll come back here when in Yerevan again.

    The check-in process, if it's self check-in, more info on what floor and apartment is. I couldn't find it written anywhere, I guessed 4th floor from another review. So the apartment is 4th floor (in Armenia, like the USA, the ground floor is floor 1) door 11. No number on the door itself, it's the central one on the right of door 10. This was a minor issue cause the apartment and my staying have been both excellent!

    Nice apartment near the center of Yerevan. Nearby there is a large supermarket and bowling alley. The apartment is beautifully furnished and located on the 4th floor. There is a small balcony to dry things after laundry. Very quiet courtyard.

    Good sized apartment in prime location for everywhere in city. Would recommend here.

    Beds a bit short. I am 6ft. The apartment entrance is the far left of block there is no number 1 outside. We found it difficult to find the keylock for the apartment. It is on a padlock attached to the bars on the window below your feet. I have attached a photograph. Once you go inside the apartment, the number is not on the door. It is the door facing you when you go upstairs right next to number 10

    Great and supportive land lord, great location, bigger than it seems in the pictures.With a terrace an a furnished kitchen No elevator and terrible mattress But we were more than happy to stay there we will come back definitely. Especially if the mattresses would be replaced.

    Great and Convenient Location

    The best thing about this apartment is its convenient location around the city center, with a 10 minute walking distance from the republic square The apartment is spacey yet cozy, and provided with most of facilities needed for a comfortable stay, with a wifi internet that is super fast. Overall, this place is recommended if you are traveling with a group of friends, or 2 couples

    Apartment was spacious and clean and the WiFi was reliable. Location was very good, only 10 minutes from republic Square. Host was nice

    Apartment was on 4th floor with no lift and the building was very rough with a strong smell of gas. Payment was in cash only, no card facility which is annoying. Price for 2 nights was pricey and better apartments can be found in yerevan
