This 3 star superior boutique hotel is located on a quiet side street between Berlin's lively Schöneberg and traditional Charlottenburg districts.

✓ It was a nice, quirky and spacious room
✗ My room was opposite the elevator, which was noisy with people movements (and slightly creaky doors), and the walls are quite thin and I could hear the neighbours on one side clearly so I didn't sleep very well.
✓ Location was great and room was clean
✗ Only one lift at busy times waiting ages for lift.
✓ location
✗ quite noisy outside in the evening, have to keep the window closed
✓ Location is great
✗ Not much tbh. For a 3 star it was acceptable, needs a Reno.
✓ Great location and very relaxed hotel.
✗ Shower pressure wasn’t great and shower overall was quite small. The sink drained very slowly. Potential blockage. The song took up too much space and was difficult to have toothbrush etc close to the sink.
✓ The team at the desk was amazing - fun and remebered most converstions. Easy check in process and helpful. I loved my room See you next year ❤️
✗ Maybe a nice coffe machine to make Latte etc
✓ good location
✗ not so good soundproofing
✓ Good location and comfortable rooms. I though hotel was expensive but learned as there was a festival I did not know about the rates were almost 2.5 times more than usual Booking.com should warn all potential client's if a city they are booking is having a major festival or a trade fair. This would help greatly and tourists could choose alternate dates.
✗ Only one elevator in Hotel and had long waits often and cleaners used this one lift much of the day.
The concept Minibar is not a part of our house. We have an open self-service Grab & Go station in our lobby for drinks and snacks. If there is need to store med's in a cold environment our front office staff is happy to help there.
