Modern hotel in a great location. Wonderful staff.

✓ The staff are the best. Abdelrahim in particular was so helpful and so professional. Love this hotel, the location and the ambiance. The hotel is modern, clean and the decor is terrific. Will stay here again for sure.

The hotel doesn't meet the international standards

✓ 1- The buffet had many choices 2- Car Parking

✗ 1- The bed was not comfortable. 2- The price was very expensive and the Room standard was very average. 3- I asked to extend my stay one night, and the employee replied that they did not have available rooms, I was shocked on booking.com that they have many available rooms! (This behavior indicates greed). 4- Some staff need training in dealing with hotel residents.

It was short, but convenient location and friendly staff.
