✓ Location and view is great, if you are lucky to have a river side room.
✗ Rooms are too small. Although the hotel was empty we were given a room with windows looking at the road side instead of river side.

✗ Hadn’t realised I’d be staying in the basement. Found the spiral stairs very difficult as I fell outside the hotel just after arriving and hurt my ankle. Poor path/ road surface outside and it was very dark. The configuration of the hotel ( stairs mainly) was very difficult with a sprained ankle. Also, I didn’t have a kettle initially and the pillows were not good.

Stunning stay!
✓ We have spent four nights in this beautiful place. It has been really a surprise to find such delightful accomodation. We are often travelling throught Germany for work but this has been the first time we really feel as at home. The Staff always ready to support us with advises. We also appreciated to have a good breakfast and dinner there.

My review for an astounding venue.
✓ The proprietors were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The hotel had beautiful decor. My room was comfortable. I felt immediately at home. The dining area and the views of the Rhine were an unexpected extra. The meals exquisite! It's great to spend time in a place that is so well designed, restful and makes one feel so welcomed. It was my first visit- I am already planning when I can visit again. Thank you.
