Very good

✓ Hotel directly at the harbor and in easy walking distance to downtown, restaurants and pubs. Very friendly staff that tries to help with questions about the rooms. The rooms are adequate, if a little outdated, but everything works wonderfully. Breakfast was plentiful and there was something for everyone. The American pancakes were the best I have had in any hotel. Parking is not available at the hotel, but there is a very good parking garage (cost very reasonable) directly behind the hotel in the side street. The parking garage has an elevator.

The hotel is okay for a night or two.

✓ The location was great. Staff was polite. Snack/Drink bar. Reasonable price.

✗ The interior isn’t up to date anymore. The bathtub was not convenient, a shower would be much better. The mattress was worn out. The mirror was dirty.

✗ No parking for our motorcycles, we left the bikes on the street about 500 mts from the hotel....

Not very good

✗ The hotel was Good. But the staff were not. We lost Cash (Euro) in the hotel on the morning when we went to Breakfast. Between 745 and 830 am on 21 April 2023, when we both went for Breakfast, we lost the cash (Euro) 1400 we had. This we reported immediately but they didn't give an answer. We e-mailed them. No answer until now. It was absolutely clear that only those who had access to enter the room could have done this. I won't recommend this hotel until they find who did this.

Good choice to visit Flensburg.

✓ Staff is very helpful & friendly. Good location, most attractions are in walking distance. There is parking garage close to hotel.

✗ Room is quite small & there is bathtub which is not safe for elderly people.
