✓ Location and complex.
✗ Apartment outdated, absence of appliances; i.e. toaster, stained mattresses, broken shelves, broken outside door, shower hose didn't fit in the holder. The oven broke in the first few days, we were 4 days with no oven. Communication with the owner very slow. Also, I am still waiting for an invoice.
