✗ None
✓ The location it’s the better!
✓ Excellent breakfast, stabile hot water, attentive staff, organized taxi to MDE airport.
✗ A bit too narrow bed for 2 persons
✓ The views from the hotel are Great ! The hotel rooms are spacious and nice. The staff is also very accommodating, We arrived late and Muddy on motorcycles and were welcomed. Parking for motos es muy bien!
✓ The property has a convenient location that is just above the town, with lovely views. The rooms are very spacious (though not well-organized - see below). Breakfast is very good. The jacuzzi and pool areas are quite lovely.
✗ Basically, even though this should be a lovely place, no care has been put into the design of the rooms, and basic upkeep - like having toilet paper, etc. - is not being done. I have lived in Colombia for over 10 years, and for the price paid, one would expect far better than this hotel provides. The rooms are spacious but SO POORLY EQUIPPED. I paid for a room with a "king" bed. First of all, it wasn't king. Secondly, although the room was enormous, it was equipped with a tiny metal table (the kind you would rent for an event) and the two most uncomfortable chairs ever. There was a passable sofa thing. But basically, all this wasted space. There were two sinks in the room, neither of which had a mirror over it. A cover over bathroom plumbing kept falling off in the bathroom (and was cut to "fit" with jagged edges - all so poorly done). I tried to order room service, and the QR code in the room went to a menu that no longer existed - and the guy who answered the phone was pretty rude about it. The front desk sent flyers with what was supposedly the updated QR code but guess what... it went to the same menu. Ordering room service was an annoyingly painful process. You would think, given the hotel's location, that it might be isolated somewhat from the noise of the town. It's not. We suffered on a Sunday night until 1:30 am with the sound of an emcee with a big sound system at some event below. We used the jacuzzi at night - which is lovely and with amazing views - and I went to the bathroom on that level - a common bathroom meant for those using the hotel's amenities (jacuzzi, gameroom, etc.) and there was not a single roll of toilet paper in any one of the stalls. The phone by the bed had a light on it that I couldn't figure out how to turn off, so I unplugged the phone. The list goes on.
✓ This was a lovely change from the hostels we had been staying in on our trip. Amazing swimming pool and jacuzzi. The rooms were modern and very clean. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Great value for money.
✗ Breakfast could be improved.
✓ wonderful rooftop pool, bar and hot tub
✗ front desk staff exceptionally rude and unhelpful, disgusting in fact the way she spoke to me and other guests I witnessed
