Budget choice. Only suitable for Spanish speakers and/or hardy travelers.
✓ Fairly clean and a low price. Only suitable for people with car or budget for cab. It actually appears to be an old mansion that probably predates Cancun with some other buildings added on the grounds for guest rooms.
✗ Says bed and breakfast but there’s no breakfast available or much of anything else. No sidewalks and very little else close. Also no English spoken. I walked two blocks along the road with my bags to catch a local bus to central Cancun. Fare was 60 cents vs the $30 I had paid to get there!

✓ A nice neighborhood hotel between the airport and town. Very nice grounds to sit and relax. Convenient to the collectivo into town.
✗ The only items provided for breakfast were tea and coffee. But there is an OXXO a short walk away.

Great value for money and close to airport
✓ The building itself is really beautiful. My room was big and the the bed was comfy. The room and en-suite were clean and the shower was hot and powerful. I only stayed one night as was transiting in Cancun so the location being near the airport was ideal.
✗ They were doing some construction work which was quite loud but as I was only staying one night it wasn’t too much of an issue

✓ The host was so helpful and friendly, let me do a late check in as I didn't arrive until 2am. He also organised a taxi to the airport the next day. People confused about location just need to put the property name into maps and it comes up.

Hello Late arrivals are perfectly fine as long as you inform us and you have just done so. Thank you! If you wish we can arrange a taxi for you with our local partner company. Rates are 250 Mexican pesos ($13.50USD) each way.
