✓ nice hotel in dilijan with good facilities such as a brand new pool gym and sauna. hotel rooms are large and spacious and when we arrived we were upgraded for free.

✗ the gym pool and spa said it was open at 8:30am but we got there at 8:45 and doors were locked so needed to call staff to unlock it for us.

✓ We had an amazing experience. The room was clean and cozy with a nice forest view. The pool area was very nice and there was a great breakfast in the morning with all of the staff providing excellent personalized service.

✓ Beautiful location! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff at this property are all great! They all went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The restaurant chef deserves a special thanks, the food was delicious, and you could not ask for nicer waiters. Everything was great and the jazz concert was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dilijan! Thank you all!

Wonderful place away from the hustle and bustle . . . thumbs up to the staff and the facility.

✓ Starting with Dave (at reception) and the staff in the restaurant - Service with a smile. The rooms were spacious and clean; and has a lovely view of the forest. There is a pathway (on the property) that leads to a flowing stream and gives you a peaceful vibe as you hear the sound of the water flowing, the trees blowing in the wind and the chirping of the birds. We opted for dinner at the in-house restaurant and glad we did so. The service was prompt and food amazing. The meats we ordered were cooked to perfection. We also enjoyed the bruschetta and the mojitos. Unfortunately, we could not check out the Jazz music - the band only plays over the weekends.

Fabulous

✓ Great and modern hotel, in a nice location. Lovely helpful and professional staff! My room was super nice, big and had a great balcony. The restaurant is stylish and the food good, great waitstaff and fantastic live music on Saturday evenings. A very positive surprise was the breakfast - great selection for all tastes and great quality of ingredients! They even have a proper, good coffee machine 😍 Recommended even only for brunch!

✗ Currently there is a construction site next to the hotel, works start early also on Sundays...
