Is the beach out front a good swimming beach? R there beach chairs available?
Hello, There is a sandy beach in front of the property that has chairs and umbrellas for the guests to use. The water is very shallow and has sea grasses along the bottom with small patches of sand. It is a quiet spot to sit and relax and read but not necessarily to swim. The view is stunning.

Where is the closest beach for swimming?
The closest beach for swimming is Shoal Bay East which is approx., a 15-minute drive. Our own beach area is great for snorkeling due to its protection from the nearby reef. Sea Turtles and Manta Rays are a common sighting.
If I want to go snorkeling do you provide the snorkel and mask or will I need to bring my own or purchase on island?
Yes! We provide snorkeling gear onsite. There is no charge and gear must be reserved in advance. We provide mask, snorkel and a set of fins. Once reserved they will be placed in your unit prior to your arrival.
Are there a kitchen or cooking facilities?
Yes, all apartments have fully furnished kitchens.
Are there bike rentals nearby? Is the island biker friendly?
The roads on the Island aren't very bike friendly but biking is a great way for the more adventurous to see Anguilla! You can rent Bikes from Bryans Car Rental. Prices I believe start at $25 per day and upwards.
Where is this located? What beach?
We are located in an area known as 'The Forest'. Our apartments & cottage offer spectacular views of Forest Bay and the neighboring Island of St. Martin. Our beach is a small, secluded area, very private and right on the same bay.

Yes, there is shuttle boat service from Juliana Airport to Anguilla. The nearest shops are a 10 minute drive away. It is suggested to rent a car to explore the island.
Is it possible to change one of the full size beds to two twins, or to add an extra bed? We are a family of four (two parents, two sons 17 and 20) so we need a total of three beds.
All bedrooms have one queen size bed. We do not offer twin beds at this time.
