Terrible, l won't choose it next time

✓ this apartment make me feel very disappointed, and their manager is arrogant, always late to reply my questions or refuse to answer, l can't find reason to reccomend it to others.

✗ this apartment gave us feeling that the owner urge to make money through it. 1. the sofa bed they offer for the third guest, just a small sofa with a obvious longer mattress. my friend have to turn over her body carefully during sleep, otherwise it shaked a lot. The owner apprarently don't care their guest's sleeping, only want to save money. 2. and it is a very boring apartment, totally white, without any decoration make guest feel welcoming. 3. they didn't offer accessories for hyginene. for example, only one roll tolet paper. 4. without informing us in advance, without communication, charge us more than 150 euros from our credit card illegally. and they refuse to give me explanation. 5. l would love to suggest the following guest choose other accomodation. what this apartment can do is make your holiday disappointing.

✓ The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, very central location

✗ The checking out time is 10 o’ clock and check in 16 o’ clock, comparing to other places we booked in Italy it is unreasonable, therefore we have to save the luggage at the train station. And the size of the apartment is just ok for 3 people.

Overall good place to stay in Bolzano, a few little niggles.

✓ Apartment was large for two, and had almost everything we needed. Was in a good location, only 10 minutes with bags from the train station and less without bags. Good stove and pans for cooking. Good air conditioning and shower, no washing machine. Nice little deck. Although there were a few negatives for us all in all we were happy with the apartment in general. Bolzen had some good walks and the historic centre was interesting. Fantastic day by cable car up to Soprabolzano and further on the little train. We walked to the earth pyramids, and I highly recommend this, but dress in layers. Lots of supermarkets for food if you’re cooking, one at the corner of the street and a large one in the main piazza, underground.

✗ The keys were not easy to use! We didn’t understand at first that the second key was for a shared door, as the picture didn’t show this clearly. Battled each time with the front door and shared door, both of which needed a final click and pull to open. No tea towel to dry our dishes, and we would have been charged more for extra bath towels. Fast response time to my emails, but sadly inflexible with check in and out times. As you have to leave your luggage at the train station and are charged €6 per piece that added quite a bit to our cost. Also this wasn’t a hotel with the Bolzen card, which meant we paid for things others may have got for free. Wish I had realised this when booking.

Very convenient location, very comfortable apartment, excellent value for money.

✓ The location is very close to the train station, which is very convenient. The apartment itself is spacey, well-lit and with a pleasant neighbourhood view. It has all conveniences one could need for a long-term stay.

✗ The seats are rather uncomfortable for long hours of work, though very suitable for dining in.
