✓ This place is really amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly, the hotel was beautiful, the pool was huge and the room was very nice. The food was very good, both breakfast and dinner. I can't say anything negative about this.

✓ This hotel is an absolute gem. Its a little further out but they provide a taxi service to the town and Railey Beach. The rooms were fantastic and the pool is just amazing.

✓ Exceeded my expectations. It is really beautiful, so quiet and peaceful. The rooms and the pool are fantastic, the staff were excellent and very helpful. It's a lovely place to just relax. Amazing value for money. I will definitely return and highly recommend.

✓ Amazing team! Answer all our needs! The clerks at the reception were the nicest in all of Thailand!

✗ There was no hotel person available during night time and we were helplessly waited at the lobby for 1hour to get help for access card to our room. Suggest to have a signage stated the phone contact of the duty manager at the reception desk when he/she is away so that customers who faced issue can be attended immediately.
