One of the greatest hostels where have been before. Good place, common space for working and nice stuff. Would recommend to everyone.

The only problem is the walk to the center which is about 30 minutes. Can be a bit difficult if you don't want to walk to much but it is walkable :)

I really like this hotel. It's super cozy place with beautiful outdoor space and common areas

Shower rooms on the last floor need to be improved. Not really comfortable in there

Close to the city center, in a quite neighbourhood. The staff is really nice. The rooms are well equipped, and there is storage space for your stuff.

It would be nice to have some paper towels in the bathroom, for drying hands.

It isn't my first time staying in Andor and definitely not the last one. I love the environment and vibe here: modern stylish interior, new furniture, good equipment in the bathroom, inner garden with comfortable zones either to rest or to work - the place you don't want to leave and dream of coming back especially after crowded dusty streets :) If you are lucky to have a room with a balcony, you can endlessly enjoy the view to Ararat mountain and fresh air from the garden. The staff are brilliant, super welcoming, and always ready to help. Thank you and see you next time!

The personnel is friendly and easy to deal with, they provide a short tour over the hotel, there are a lot of cozy common spaces there, and the hotel looks really European. There were no issues checking in an out, the room is really cozy, the bed is good, the bathroom is great, we had a balcony, absolutely nothing to complain about. You can see Ararat from the balcony if you are lucky about the weather. =)

Amazing breakfasts, the best ever. Very good wifi, great coworking zone. Very comfortable beds, good showers. The 4 ppl dorms are big and with a great balcony. Mostly wonderful staff. A recommendation: small shelf by the bed is a very simple thing that would make life so much easier - even more essential for the upper beds. And some more social vibe would be good: maybe organizing some events together with guests. Or at least providing more information about Yerevan at the check-in.

Not permitted to use kitchen - only the microwave and the fridge. There were electricity cuts twice in the 2.5 weeks that I was there (one lasted over 2h another one just 20-30 mins). Bed lights need fixing.

Everything to be honest, location are near city center ( 15 min walking) metro station (5 min walking) The staff are very nice and everything was clean and easy.

Clean, comfortable, peaceful. It was a perfect resting space after hours of walking around town. Staff was helpful, wi-fi was good, and you could purchase a decent coffee.

All was good. It was a bit of a walk from the busy centre but I preferred to be in a quieter neighbourhood

I stayed here for the first time last week after 4 previous trips based at the Olympia nr the genocide memorial and the Bass and Aygedzor. The last two are on the same street as this new small hotel, so I know the area. Looks smart, good for dormitory groups, singles, couples, smaller families. The fresh/cooked set breakfast changes each day, those with specific dietary requirements would better pick from the extensive breakfast menu. Has a neat co-working space plus mostly outdoor eating. Totally clean, the staff all multi-lingual and really helpful, WiFi seamless and quick even in the garden. I saw reviews grumbling re: location, but it's a 5-10 minute walk to the cheap metro, and ideal for the National Academy or nearby university sites. Tucked between old buildings and a new building site on a side street, it is a lot less noisy overnight than the city centre. Would definitely stay again.

Would be great if breakfast started before 9 as this excludes many on business or with longer day tours. You do get the odd arrival off the overnight flights who bumps their case noisily up the stairs, but short of carpeting the stairwell, that is an occupational hazard of visiting Yerevan.
