Great placement

✓ Close to the metro, restaurants and stores. The room was big! also our second (not the first one..) receptionist was so sweet and welcoming.

✗ When we arrived early to leave our luggage the receptionist were very rude and made us feel really unwelcome. We had contact with the hotel the day before about our early arrival but the receptionist refused to even listen to us and sort of yelled. luckily!! when we came back to check in there was another receptionist at the desk who was very sweet and kind and thanks to that we enjoyed our stay after all.

Hotel was a decent value but NO air conditioning could be a real issue if the weather is hot.

✓ The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well equipped. The location of the hotel was good with public transportations nearby.

✗ The description of the hotel could have been clearer. There is no air conditioning and there was construction next door with noise starting early in the morning and the window had to be open to cool down the room. The room also could have been cleaner and you could tell that the maintenance has not been kept up.

Nice place to stay but very noisy due to constructions around

✓ Big room with a very big balcony. Nice after loong walking day. Close to the stop.

✗ It is in the middle of construction area and there is no mentioning of that. Big noise around due to construction. Street is also under construction.

Yes, but you need a negative corona test which needs to be not older than 24 hours and if you stay longer than 3 days you need a new one. Just check the actual restrictions for Berlin, before your arrival to see if nothing changed.
