All together a very nice stay, but not top-notch.

✗ consequential quality. Some of the technical details in the hotel, as the public restrooms, i.e., or the door frames, looked a little outdated. With all the inconvenience implied. At least not in line with what you would expect from a top quality Hotel line.

Excellent stay that almost perfectly matched preference.
✓ The hotel itself was beautiful. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Good communication and close to the city center. Breakfast was good and always available at the designated times.
✗ Bed was a little harder than I liked but that more personal preference. AC would return to 20°C right after lowering it a little.

They blocked a deposit on my card - against their booking terms
✓ A decent hotel overall. Very quiet a good location. However they don't follow through on booking terms.
✗ Hotel booked a deposit on my card, which is not in the booking terms The vouchers you get for their bonus points is effectively misselling as I couldn't get what is written in the voucher.
