Overall, a satisfactory experience.

✓ The location was great. The facility was being remodeled which hurt the presentation a little. Staff was outstanding.

✗ No toilet paper in the room. Then I was told that the procedures for remodeling made no provision for a toilet paper holder. Excuse me? I was graciously given some toilet paper, but that is a great oddity.

Good sleep, bad advertising…didn’t receive the breakfast I was assured when I made the reservation.

✓ The bed was nice. Staff friendly

✗ No hot breakfast. Cereal, but alas, no milk (they haven’t received that order yet. No cream for coffee. Was looking forward to a good breakfast before hitting the road agai for another 11 hours..

Looks like construction had been going on for quite a while. Even towels were very worn a frayed.
