✓ Very friendly and nice staff at the front desk. Perfect location, right on the Promenade.

Facilities list not correct

✓ The hotel is very nice - room was spacious, clean and looked nice. Breakfast buffet had all you needed, not the biggest but well sorted with good selection

✗ Double check that the facilities listed in Booking.com actually are available if important to you. I have a few selection criteria that is mandatory for me, which I use to filter results on. Room service is one of them - which is listed for this hotel but upon arrival it was clear that room service was not available at all. So even if a very nice hotel, I will most likely not stay again.

✓ Spacious, excellent spa, pleasant receptionist.

✗ Pizza restaurant wasn't great. Pizza was burned and service was slow. Hardly any guests there. . Packed lunch was ordered as I had to leave the hotel before breakfast. It was not there for collection in the morning, must have been a communication problem. First World Problem. Overall fairly pricey.
