Hit and miss, nice room. I didn't request room service the whole time, not offered to join Bonvoy

✓ Staff were friendly and helpful at breakfast.

✗ Wasn't offered loyalty scheme membership, or bonus points on offer as I didn't have any room cleaning for the weekend I stayed. Good sized room, bed/pillows not particularly comfy - too soft for me. Pretty unhealthy, not as many breakfast options as I'd expect from a Marriott, coffee was pretty bad.

✓ View hiking trail behind Closeness to the shopping center Westin lake, restaurants, Mt views, Boulder, airport, Walk in shower, staff especially one younger man who was on the first two days-remembered my name-another found my lost swimsuit, gave me extra tea I requested and towel set

✗ The outside furniture needs to be dusted, cleaned, we had to figure out an umbrella by ourselves as they were all missing pins Have found both Marriotts had a need for outside cleaning of pillows, chairs, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks

Clean and beautiful but beware of extra charges

✓ Clean and beautiful hotel.

✗ It feels like you get nickel-and-dimed for things. There is no breakfast included in the price and, even worse, no wifi. I thought it would be included because I had signed up for the loyalty club but apparently not. It simply gets charged to your room if you sign on, I think. I’m not completely sure because the hotel simply ignored my messages about the extra charge…

Our pool is Open Every day from 06:00 to 23:00 On Sunday, we close it from 12: 00 to 17:00 And Monday & Tuesday we close it from 14:00 to 20:00

We unfortunately do not have jetted tubs at our property.
