Airport Hotel Frankfurt Kelsterbach

NIce staff but incompetent, rooms and breakfast ok.

✓ Staff was really nice and helpful on arrival albeit they couldn't correct the booking and the price - one traveller instead of two, they said this would be up booking.com directly.

✗ Their website shows a shuttle to/from Fraport, but there are no further explanations. When I called them, they explained to me, where I would find the pick up/drop off place but conveniently to mention, that the shuttle is only running at certain times. So I waited at the airport for 2.5 h.... I could have picked a later train to get there had I known in advance.

✗ Unfortunately, Air Conditioning didn't work during my stay, so the room was a bit hot.

It was a nice relaxing stay.

✓ The room was a nice size for a lone traveller. No phone or intercom though. I had to head downstairs for everything

✓ Facilities and comfortable stay and helpful reception staff.

✗ Stay was short ,hence everything was enough and no more requirements. Further ,next to stay an Indian restaurant was located.
