We knew what to expect and enjoyed our stayed there.
✓ The location was excellent easy walk to some of the key locations. Price was good
✗ The bed was low and hard. Only one set of towels for a 6 night stay and no,pool towels. Pool area quite unsafe with pavers lifted from large tree roots.

Great value and comfortable for a relaxing stay.
✓ Price. Comfortable. Large area for 2 people. All possible cooking utensils provided. Very comfortable bed. Easy to keep clean during stay. Walking distance to Stagedoor Theatre, beach and Arcadia Hotel.
✗ Parking is available but not clearly marked so required co-operation of all tenants. Bit difficult to see street traffic when reversing out. Would be good to have numbers on units more clear for easy identification on arrival.

Great value, perfect location
✓ location was great. a short walk to the beach, the arcadia village hotel, the rock wallabies even Nelly Bay along the walkway was an easy stroll. The rooms are large and have everything you need except pool towels. they are older units but have been well maintained and have had the shower updated. the unit was clean and tidy all the furniture was updated and comfortable as well. It's in a quiet area. the pool was lovely and deep. the kitchen area is quite large and there is everything you need to cook and entertain supplied. the weber Q bbq is great to cook on so that you aren't heating up the kitchen. they are excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again for value and convenience
✗ the grounds had quite a neglected air about them. the pool paving was dangerously lifting from tree roots and were rocking when you walked on them and were lifted up at dangerous angles which would be a problem for anyone a little unsteady on their feet. The pool gate didn't auto shut as it caught on the lifted pavers so would be a worry for children. the big tree causing the problem also dropped massive quantities of leaves, sticks, flowers and debris in the pool constantly. the gardens have big dead areas where you can see the cut and useless watering pipes that may at some stage have watered the now totally dead plants. there is only one box air conditioner in the bedroom for the whole unit which unless run 24/7 doesn't cool the whole unit. It does keep the bedroom cool at night which was all we required it to do. The bed was very firm and the pillows were a good medium pillow and very comfortable. these are older units so while spacious everwhere else have a small bathroom with a shower one end, toilet the other and hand basin in the middle. they have a shaving cabinet and timber shelving for you to put your bath essentials on but there is no spreading everything out or having two in the room at once.

I would stay here again and recommend this property to others
✓ Great location, can walk down to hotel for a drink. All facilities needed for an extended stay. Nice pool, laundry (washer & dryer).
✗ Nothing we didn't like. Properties are starting to show their age but are quite OK
