A relaxing destination with everything you need at arms length
✓ The location of the property was very nice, a 15 minute walk from the town of Rogoznica where there are nice restaurants and a 5 minute walk from the shop - Tommy. The bus stop for FlixBus was only 2/3 minutes walk from the hotel to get into split which was superb. The rooms were spacious and clean and had working air conditioning with a large fridge where we could fit bread, meat, water, juice etc. The breakfast had everything you needed! Our balcony was very large with a table and chairs and an egg chair and a stunning sea view!
✗ The beds could be better quality - the mattress was a little hard and the sheets could be fitted to the beds better.

✓ Great room with lots of balcony. Receptionist lady was very friendly and helpful. Beach and facility all good. They have Rituals brand shampoo and soaps, which was really amazing.
✗ Entrance of lobby is a bit hard to find from parking place. Second door, which is opening from breakfast room to parking place needs to be labeled as reception/lobby.

✓ Breakfast was great. The Pools are very nice. Very convenient location....right on the main road. And super close to the village center. The staff was fantastic and super helpful!
✗ The "beach" isn't what I thought it would be. But everything else was nice.

Great staff but the hotel is crying for renovation
✓ ALL EMPLOYEES ARE VERY, VERY PROFESSIONAL and going above and beyond for the guests. However, unfortunately, that can not substitute to very poor facilities and horrible conditions in apartments.
✗ Apartment had some very strong smell. Furniture is cheap, old , full of stains.. Preety much I was afraid to sit at the couch or any chairs in the living room. Beach looks lovely but it seaweed is so high that it is not pleasant for swimming. The elevator smell horribly. The overall impression of cleanliness at the pool is poor all looks very under-maintained, so consequently you don’t want to use the pool as you are concerned of cleanliness.

If you want a halfboard service than it is 35 euros per adult and 20 euros per children. If not you can eat at our a la carte restaurant and prices vary depending on the meal.

Yes, dogs are allowed at our hotel. There is extra charge of 15-20 euros per day for a dog. They are allowed at the restaurant for breakfast and at the end of the resort there is a small beach for them.

Triple bedroom does not have sofa or extra bed. You can book quadruple room or family apartment.
